A pulpy, tentacled head surmounted a grotesque scaly body with rudimentary wings. a monster of vaguely anthropoid outline, but with an octopus-like head whose face was a mass of feelers, a scaly, rubbery-looking body, prodigious claws on hind and fore feet, and long, narrow wings behind. There has been much speculation about his whereabouts, whenabouts, political leanings, and whether he's any good in bed with all of those tentacles by no-one of any import.
He certainly is a colourful character. Or not. Really, it's hard to get any eyewitnesses to report on his color or lack thereof; they've generally just broken down into shrieking or yammering on about "impossible shapes."
