About once every seven years, Go Topless Day is also Festival of Hanky-Panky Spankies.
Go Topless Day (variously known as National Go Topless Day, International Go Topless Day) is an annual event held to support the right of women to go topless in public on gender-equality grounds.
To promote gender equality, the event encourages women to go topless in public, and men to cover their chests by wearing brassieres or bikinis. In areas where women being completely topless is illegal, females are encouraged to cover their real nipples with fake nipples.
The annual event was established in 2007 by Go Topless, an American organization founded in Nevada. The organization was founded by spiritual leader Rael.
"As long as men are allowed to be topless in public, women should have the same constitutional right. Or else, men should have to wear something to hide their chests" Rael, founder of GoTopless.org and spiritual leader of the Raelian Movement.
